Privacy — draft

Draft for program review.

This review prototype has no forms, analytics or sign-in inside the website. Preview hosting and its access gateway may record access logs. Links to external services and the former regional websites leave this website; those services have their own privacy practices.

The privacy policies of the former regional websites are kept with the migrated center pages for reference only; they describe the retiring sites, not this one.

Before the November 1 initial release, the program owner must approve the privacy notice, external-service disclosures and hosting log policy. This placeholder is not an approved federal privacy policy.
